Sanctions / OFAC & Export Compliance Notice

Users certify they are not located in, organized under the laws of, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity subject to U.S. sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control or other applicable authorities.

Users may not use the Service if they are on a restricted-party list, blocked-person list, denied-person list, or other government sanctions list, or if their use would cause WeReportYourRent, Stripe, Array, or other service providers to violate sanctions law.

Users may not access, export, re-export, transfer, or use the Service, software, technical data, or related technology in violation of U.S. export-control laws or other applicable trade restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we determine or suspect that use of the Service violates sanctions, export, trade, payment processor, bank, card network, or provider restrictions.
