Transactional communications

By creating an account, submitting contact information, or using the Service, you authorize WeReportYourRent and its service providers to send transactional and service-related communications by email, SMS, phone, dashboard notification, or other electronic method. Transactional communications may include verification codes, security alerts, account notices, billing receipts, subscription notices, reporting updates, dispute notices, support replies, policy updates, and service messages.

Marketing communications

Where permitted by law and where you opt in, we may send marketing emails or text messages about rent reporting, credit education, product updates, promotions, affiliates, and related services. Consent to marketing communications is not required as a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out

Users may opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in the email. Users may opt out of marketing SMS by replying STOP where supported. Users may request help by replying HELP where supported. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional, security, legal, billing, or account-related notices.

Mobile data sharing

We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data. We may share mobile information with messaging providers, security providers, customer-support vendors, and other service providers only as needed to provide and protect the Service, comply with law, or enforce our policies.
