Consumer Rent Reporting Authorization Agreement

By accepting this Consumer Rent Reporting Authorization Agreement, I authorize JD Network Consulting LLC, doing business as WeReportYourRent, and its service providers, including Array, to collect, verify, process, transmit, update, furnish, correct, and retain information reasonably necessary to provide rent reporting, identity verification, tenant verification, credit-related services, account support, billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

I authorize identity verification through Array or other authorized service providers. I understand that WeReportYourRent does not receive or store my full Social Security Number when entered through Array's embedded component, but Array may process identity information under its own legal and contractual obligations.

I authorize WeReportYourRent, Array, and their service providers to contact my landlord, property manager, leasing office, housing provider, or authorized representative to verify my tenancy, rent amount, lease dates, occupancy, payment history, and other information necessary to provide the Service.

I authorize the furnishing of eligible, verified, positive rental payment information to participating consumer reporting agencies or credit bureaus through Array or other authorized reporting partners. I authorize corrections, updates, modifications, retractions, removals, or other adjustments where required by law, provider rules, bureau rules, dispute results, fraud review, data accuracy review, or account status.

Unless expressly stated in later product terms reviewed by counsel and accepted by me, WeReportYourRent's rent reporting service is intended to report positive eligible rent payments and not missed or late payments.

I understand that credit score increases, lender approvals, creditworthiness, loan terms, credit report visibility, bureau timing, and scoring-model treatment are not guaranteed. Credit outcomes vary by user, bureau, score model, lender, credit file, and other factors outside WeReportYourRent's control.

I may withdraw future authorization by cancelling my subscription or contacting support. Withdrawal stops future service activity where feasible, but it may not remove information already furnished, retained for legal reasons, or controlled by third parties.

My electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature and is stored with timestamp, IP address, user identifier, and policy version where technically feasible.
