Law Enforcement Request Policy

Law enforcement, regulators, or government agencies seeking information should send requests to legal@wereportyourrent.com and by mail to the company mailing address. Emergency requests should state the nature of the emergency and the specific information requested.

Requests should identify the requesting agency, officer or official, legal authority, relevant user identifiers, date range, specific records requested, and return contact information. We may require formal legal process before disclosing user information.

Where legally permitted and practical, we may notify users of requests for their information. We may delay or withhold notice if prohibited by law, court order, emergency circumstances, risk of harm, fraud prevention, or preservation obligations.

We may preserve records upon valid legal request or when legally required, but preservation does not guarantee disclosure absent appropriate legal process.

Some records may be controlled by Array, Stripe, credit bureaus, hosting providers, SMS providers, or other vendors. We may direct requestors to the appropriate provider where we do not control the requested data.
