WeReportYourRent policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

Landlord user eligibility

A landlord, property manager, leasing agent, housing provider, or authorized representative may use the landlord portal only if authorized to verify tenancy, rent amount, occupancy, payment status, lease details, or related information for the tenant at issue.

No tenant account

Landlord portal access does not create a tenant account, subscription, consumer credit account, or right to receive consumer reports unless separately authorized and legally permitted.

Accuracy certification

By submitting information, the landlord user certifies that the information is true, accurate, complete, and based on records or knowledge they are authorized to provide. Landlord users must not submit false, retaliatory, discriminatory, misleading, or unauthorized information.

Permitted use

The landlord portal may be used only to respond to verification requests, confirm tenancy information, communicate with WeReportYourRent or Array, or provide documents reasonably requested for rent-reporting workflows.

Prohibited conduct

  • Accessing records for tenants without authorization.
  • Using the portal for eviction pressure, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, debt collection, or unrelated tenant screening.
  • Submitting false or misleading rent history or lease data.
  • Uploading malware, abusive content, or unrelated documents.
  • Sharing portal links, tokens, or credentials with unauthorized users.

Third-party processing

Landlord submissions may be processed by WeReportYourRent, Array, hosting providers, communications vendors, fraud-prevention vendors, and other service providers as needed to provide the Service, verify information, comply with law, and maintain audit records.
