Identity Verification & Landlord Verification Consent

I authorize WeReportYourRent, Array, and authorized service providers to verify my identity using information I provide and information from third-party sources as permitted by law. This may include name, date of birth, address, phone number, email, Social Security Number where entered through Array, fraud signals, device information, and other verification data.

I authorize WeReportYourRent, Array, and authorized service providers to contact my landlord, property manager, leasing office, housing provider, or authorized representative by phone, email, SMS, mail, portal, or other method to verify my tenancy and rental payment information.

I understand that Array and other service providers may process information under their own terms, privacy policies, compliance obligations, and provider rules. WeReportYourRent may not control provider processing times, verification results, data acceptance, bureau timing, or third-party decisions.

I certify that the information I submit is accurate, complete, and not misleading. I understand that inaccurate or unverifiable information may delay, limit, reject, suspend, or terminate the Service.
