When we may review or suspend an account

  • Failed or suspicious identity verification.
  • Conflicting rent, lease, landlord, address, or payment information.
  • Suspected fake, altered, stolen, incomplete, or unverifiable documents.
  • Payment failure, chargeback, fraud signal, card testing, or unauthorized payment method.
  • High refund abuse, trial abuse, referral abuse, affiliate abuse, duplicate accounts, or self-referrals.
  • Potential violation of law, bureau rule, Array requirement, Stripe requirement, security rule, or service policy.
  • Conduct that creates legal, operational, vendor, compliance, security, credit-bureau, consumer-protection, or reputational risk.

Actions we may take

We may pause onboarding, delay reporting, request additional documentation, limit features, suspend access, terminate accounts, reverse credits, deny refunds where permitted, preserve records, block devices or payment methods, notify providers, report suspected fraud, or take other reasonable action to protect the Service and users.

Appeals

Users may request review by contacting support@wereportyourrent.com. Appeals should include the account email, explanation, and supporting documents. We do not guarantee reinstatement.

No negative reporting because of cancellation

If the Service is cancelled or suspended, we will not report negative rental data solely because of cancellation or nonpayment to WeReportYourRent, except where legally required or expressly authorized under future product terms reviewed by counsel.
