Electronic Communications & E-SIGN Consent

By creating an account, clicking an acceptance checkbox, completing onboarding, submitting information, or using the Service, you consent to receive agreements, authorizations, policies, disclosures, notices, receipts, billing records, cancellation confirmations, dispute communications, privacy notices, and other records electronically.

To receive electronic records, you need internet access, a device capable of viewing webpages and PDFs, an active email address, a supported browser, and the ability to download or print records. You confirm that you can access and retain electronic records.

You may request a paper copy of certain records by contacting support@wereportyourrent.com. We may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law and may provide records electronically when legally sufficient.

You may withdraw E-SIGN consent by closing your account or contacting support. Withdrawal may prevent you from using the Service because the Service is designed for electronic delivery.

You agree to keep your email address, mobile number, and account information current. Notices sent to the email address or phone number in your account may be deemed delivered where permitted by law.
