We may remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe copyright, violate third-party rights, or violate our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or other policies.

If you believe content on wereportyourrent.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@wereportyourrent.com or by mail to our mailing address.

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the owner, the owner's agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If content you submitted was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction where legally required. We may restore content where permitted by law.

We may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers and may preserve records reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
