  • Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the owner, the owner's agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-notice

If content you submitted was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction where legally required. We may restore content where permitted by law.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers and may preserve records reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
