Consumer dispute intake

Consumers may submit disputes or corrections through the dashboard where available, by contacting support@wereportyourrent.com, or directly with the relevant credit bureau. We may route disputes to Array or another reporting partner where the partner controls the reporting workflow.

Information we may request

  • Consumer name and account email.
  • Item being disputed.
  • Credit bureau or report where the issue appears.
  • Reason for dispute.
  • Supporting documents, if any.
  • Preferred contact method.

Investigation

We may review internal account records, consent logs, lease information, landlord verification, payment records, Array records where available, prior corrections, and bureau or provider responses. We do not knowingly continue furnishing information known to be inaccurate.

Response

We respond within legally required timeframes and coordinate with Array or applicable providers. Where data is inaccurate, we may correct, update, delete, suppress, or request correction as required by law and provider rules.

No outcome guarantee

We do not guarantee that a bureau, lender, score model, monitoring tool, or third-party provider will update or display information by a specific date.
