WeReportYourRent policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
Affiliate or referral participation is by approval only. We may approve, deny, suspend, reverse, or terminate participation at any time for any reason permitted by law, including fraud, compliance risk, misleading claims, chargebacks, low-quality traffic, fake accounts, or brand harm.
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose when they may receive compensation for promoting WeReportYourRent. Disclosures must be placed near the claim or link, must be understandable, and must not be hidden in a profile, footer, or separate page when the endorsement appears elsewhere.
Payout terms, amounts, qualifying events, hold periods, reversals, and payment methods are determined by the program rules in effect at the time of the referral. We may withhold or reverse payouts for refunded users, chargebacks, fraudulent accounts, duplicate accounts, ineligible users, self-referrals, bot traffic, noncompliant advertising, or suspected abuse.
Affiliates are responsible for taxes, forms, and reporting obligations arising from affiliate compensation. We may request tax forms before payment and may withhold payments where legally required or where tax information is incomplete.
We may monitor affiliate content, traffic, conversion quality, refund rates, chargebacks, and user complaints. Affiliates must provide copies of ads, landing pages, scripts, videos, emails, claims, and traffic sources upon request.
We may terminate an affiliate immediately for compliance risk, misleading claims, fraud, violation of law, or harm to WeReportYourRent, users, vendors, credit bureaus, landlords, or partners.
Affiliate inquiries may be sent to social@wereportyourrent.com or support@wereportyourrent.com until a dedicated affiliate portal is available.
WeReportYourRent is operated by JD Network Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
